Pricing and Refunds:

Pricing is clearly listed; however, we do offer discounts for minimum total order amounts on bulk orders.  Refunds or cancellations are handled via customer service phone number at 214-570-1900; however, exchanges are preferred.  We will honor exchanges within a 30 day period from initial purchase. Each case is different but customer satisfaction is our number one goal.

Privacy, personal and identifiable information policy:

We hold personal data in the highest sensitive regard and use secure connections and storage locations either when kept on our equipment or on our web hosts.  We do not sell any personal information to any outside organizations and the limited amount of personal information we keep is for the convenience of you our returning customer.  This includes our email capturing system used strictly for marketing and once again customer convenience purposes which can be easily opted out on.

Delivery time frame (if you are shipping physical goods) is usually 3 to 4 days from shipment and shipping is done on Thursday and Thursday.
